Open Beta Test definition

Open Beta Test means the secured testing of the beta version of the localized Game by offering the Game to the general public for free trial for a limited period of time prior to the Commercial Launch Date of the Online Game, which is to be performed by Licensee in the Territory.
Open Beta Test means game tests conducted externally with users on a generally accessible basis, for the purpose of identifying and fixing bugs and/or stabilizing the game system in the Territory.
Open Beta Test refers to the testing exercise conducted by Agent/Agent Institution for utility bill payment service to customers whereby selected Agent/Agent Institution outlets/digital channels agree to participate in accordance with Agent/Agent Institution’s terms and conditions. Unless otherwise agreed between Parties in writing, the Open Beta Test will commence from the Open Beta Test Date until Consumer Launch. “Open Beta Test Date” means a date on or after the agreed date (India Standard Time) as mutually agreed in writing between the Parties, on which the Parties will make the Agent/Agent Institution application available to selected users who are participants in the Open Beta Test.

Examples of Open Beta Test in a sentence

  • JCE shall continue after the launching of the Closed Beta Version in the Territory to provide T2 Entertainment with the technical assistance necessary for T2 Entertainment to launch its Open Beta Test of the Localized Game in the Territory before the initial date of the Open Beta Test.

  • Licensor shall provide to Licensee any necessary Documentation for the Closed Beta Test and Open Beta Test upon reasonable request by Licensee.

  • Licensee shall commence the Open Beta Test not later than sixty (60) days from the date of launch the closed beta test.

  • Licensee shall commence the Open Beta Test not later than ninety (90) days from the date of launch of the Closed Beta Test.

  • JCE shall, after the Open Beta Test in the Territory, continue to provide T2 Entertainment with the technical assistance necessary for T2 Entertainment to provide and maintain the T2 Service in the Territory, during the Term of this Agreement.

  • Level Up! shall launch the commercial service of the Game in the Territory (‘Commercial Service’) as soon as reasonably practicable after the Open Beta Test provided that a) Gravity shall use its best efforts to correct all defects and bugs detected in the Game during the beta service; and b) the Parties mutually agree that the Game is playable on the majority of home PC’s in the Territory.

  • Within Fourteen (14) calendar days after the commencement of the Open Beta Test and Licensee’s receipt of a written invoice in such amount from Licensor, the sum of Twenty Thousand US$ (US$20,000).

  • Under Article 5.4 of the Original Agreement, Party B and Party C agree that Party B shall pay an addition one million RMB to Party C within 10 Business Days of the formal beginning of Open Beta Test of the software.

  • Licensee shall commence the Open Beta Test not later than ninety (90) days from the date of launch of the Close Beta Test.

  • Licensee shall launch the commercial service of the Game in the Territory within ninety (90) days from the date of launch of the Open Beta Test of the Game.


More Definitions of Open Beta Test

Open Beta Test means the secured testing of the beta version of the Local Version by the general public for free trial for a limited period of time prior to the Commercial Launch Date, which is to be performed by ▇▇▇▇▇ in the Territory.

Unless otherwise agreed between Parties in writing, the Open Beta Test will commence from the Open Beta Test Date until Consumer Launch. “Open Beta Test Date” means a date on or after the agreed date (India Standard Time) as mutually agreed in writing between the Parties, on which the Parties will make the Agent/Agent Institution application available to selected users who are participants in the Open Beta Test. For the duration of the Open Beta Test, Agent/Agent Institution shall be entitled to use Axis Bank name in public announcements in respect of the Open Beta Test. Consumer Launch Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to enable and promote the Consumer Launch in the Territory. In the event that Agent/Agent Institution does not make available Bill Payment Service to its users on the Consumer Launch, Parties shall re-negotiate and agree to revised obligations relating to the Marketing Activities and Marketing Materials, but strictly to the extent that any revised obligations or extension of applicable deadlines is necessary for Parties to fulfill their obligations on substantially the same terms in this Agreement; Change Management
Open Beta Test. “Open beta test” in this Agreement shall refer to the opening of account registration to game players to permit large-scale login of the Game.
Open Beta Test or “OBT” shall mean the secured testing of the beta version of the Local Version by offering the Local Version to the general public for free trial for a limited period of time prior to the Commercial Launch Date of the Local Version, which is to be performed by Licensee in the Territory.

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • DNS test Means one non-­‐recursive DNS query sent to a particular “IP address” (via UDP or TCP). If DNSSEC is offered in the queried DNS zone, for a query to be considered answered, the signatures must be positively verified against a corresponding DS record published in the parent zone or, if the parent is not signed, against a statically configured Trust Anchor. The answer to the query must contain the corresponding information from the Registry System, otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. A query with a “DNS resolution RTT” 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR, will be considered unanswered. The possible results to a DNS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “DNS resolution RTT” or, undefined/unanswered.

  • LCT Test Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.12(b).

  • EPP test Means one EPP command sent to a particular “IP address” for one of the EPP servers. Query and transform commands, with the exception of “create”, shall be about existing objects in the Registry System. The response shall include appropriate data from the Registry System. The possible results to an EPP test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the “EPP command RTT” or undefined/unanswered.

  • LCA Test Date has the meaning specified in Section 1.03(e).
