Open Access Agreement definition

Open Access Agreement means an agreement entered into between a licensee and the applicant to avail open access to the licensee’s network for transmission and / or wheeling of electricity;

Open Access Agreement means an agreement entered into under the provisions of the Open Access Regulation between a Transmission licensee and a User to avail of open access to the transmission licensee’s network for transmission of electricity and may also include Distribution Licensee as a party to such agreement;
