Contractor shall provide, to OPDS and the affected court, notice of the names of attorneys providing services under this contract and any changes in the number of persons providing services under this contract.

An “FTE/workload Model” is the term given when OPDS funds entities based on the number of staff and infrastructure needed to cover the anticipated public defense cases in the jurisdiction.
A “case” is any action in this state in which Contractor has been appointed by the court or assigned by OPDS to represent or advise a client under the terms of this contract in a matter to which there is a right to appointed counsel at state expense.
Contractor shall maintain data, at the request of OPDS and in a format authorized by OPDS, on the current number and type of cases for workload and caseload to date of each contract attorney, including any private practice noncontract cases.
