OpCo Service Provider definition

OpCo Service Provider means any individual who, as of immediately prior to the Time of Distribution, is employed by, is an individual independent contractor for, or is a Director of, Pinnacle or any of its subsidiaries, including any individual on a leave of absence or on short-term or long-term disability.
