OPC Person means OPC and its Affiliates. For purposes of this definition, as of the Distribution Date none of CRC or its Affiliates shall constitute an OPC Person.

  • Moreover, CRC will, and will cause each other CRC Person to, honor any such attorney-client privilege between OPC and its Affiliates and its or their counsel, and will not assert that OPC or any other OPC Person has waived, relinquished or otherwise lost such privilege.
