Examples of OP Shares in a sentence

  • The issuance of the OP Shares has been duly authorized and, when and to the extent issued in accordance with the Resolutions, the Prospectus Supplement and the OP Partnership Agreement, the OP Shares will be validly issued, fully paid and nonassessable.

  • The OP Shares will not be issued or transferred in violation of any restriction or limitation contained in Article VI (Restriction on Transfer and Ownership) of the Charter.

  • The Company shall, for conversion, distribution and other purposes, maintain at all times a one-to-one correspondence between LTIP Units and those OP Shares which are not designated as LTIP Units.

  • C.A. At the Closing Date, and subject to the fulfilment of the conditions to Closing as set forth in Section 5 below, Polar Star OP undertakes to procure for the issuance to the Sellers, and the Sellers undertake (through the Polar Star LP Co sarl) to subscribe for such number of OP Shares equal to the OP Shares Amount (the “Subscription Amount”).
