OnX Acquisition definition

OnX Acquisition means the acquisition by Cincinnati Xxxx Inc., directly or indirectly, of all the outstanding shares of OnX Holdings LLC pursuant to the OnX Merger Agreement for cash consideration in the aggregate amount as provided for in the OnX Merger Agreement.
OnX Acquisition means the Borrower’s Acquisition, directly or indirectly, of OnX pursuant to the OnX Merger Agreement.
