Onsite Training definition

Onsite Training means the training done at the customer location by an eClinicalWorks certified trainer. Additional onsite training days may be added upon customer request at $1000 per day plus airfare during the initial term of the agreement. After the initial term, additional onsite training days may be added at the then current rate.
Onsite Training means the training delivered at your Site as part of Cloud Work Professional Services Extras.
Onsite Training means the training delivered at your Site as part of BT Cloud Phone Professional Services Extras. “Phone Deployment” means an onsite engagement as part of BT Cloud Professional Services Extra and that includes the testing, staging, deployment of IP Phones and Software, and go-live support as further described in any applicable Order.

Examples of Onsite Training in a sentence

  • Onsite Training classes are restricted to a maximum of 15 Authorized Users.

  • You must provide all necessary equipment to facilitate the Onsite Training.

  • You shall reimburse us for all reasonable travel expenses incurred by our employees and subcontractors in connection with the performance of Onsite Training Services unless stated otherwise.

  • If you cancel a scheduled Onsite Training workshop, you shall be charged a cancellation fee as follows: Prior to 21 days before the event: 20%, 15‐ 21 days before the event: 60%, 8‐14 days before the event: 100%, 1‐7 days before the event: Fee as referenced in the Order Form.

  • Prior to the start date of any Private or Onsite Training Course, Customer shall provide to Qlik the list of participants scheduled to attend such Training Course.

  • For all Private and/or Onsite Training Courses, proof of payment is required no later than ten (10) business days prior to the Training Course start date.

  • If you cancel a scheduled Onsite Training workshop, you shall be charged a cancellation fee as follows: Prior to 21 days before the event: 20%, 15-21 days before the event: 60%, 8-14 days before the event: 100%, 1-7 days before the event: Fee as referenced in the Order Form.

  • Failure to provide such prepayment may result in cancellation of the applicable Private and/or Onsite Training Course (and in such event, Customer shall be responsible for payment).

  • Optional On-site Training: Offerors shall provide on-site training, as requested.

  • For Classroom Training, Onsite Training, and Virtual Classroom Training, Customer may request a change in the scheduled date of the Training Services at least fifteen (15) full business days prior to the scheduled Training Services.
