Onsite Personnel means Supplier Personnel whose normal working location is any one or more HSBC Premises;

All Supplier personnel performing Services on Avaya or Avaya customer premises (Onsite Personnel) must comply with the Security Guidelines for Consultants available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en/about-avaya/doing-business-with-avaya/ and as amended by Avaya from time to time and any other applicable requirements.
To the extent permitted by local law, Supplier shall ensure that background checks are conducted on Onsite Personnel.
If LGL requires the Seller to undertake on-Site work, the Seller will be required to enter into a separate purchase order which will require the Seller to comply with the terms detailed in Section 1 Part C –Technical On-site Personnel Terms.
