One-Time Waiver definition

One-Time Waiver means a waiver by the Buyer of a right, power or remedy under any Loan Document for a particular instance which shall not have the effect of waiving or impairing such right, power or remedy in any other instance and which does not have a material adverse effect on the security for the Loan.
