On-Site Visit definition

On-Site Visit means any regulatory visit as described in Article Five to the premises of a Cross-Border Covered Entity for the purposes of ongoing supervision and oversight including the inspection of Books and Records.
On-Site Visit means a visit at the business premises of a regulated person—
