On-Premise Software definition
On-Premise Software means the Adobe software that is deployed by or on behalf of Customer on hardware designated by Customer, as set out in the Sales Order.
On-Premise Software means Software installed and operated on Customer’s premises/in Customer’s data center and not hosted and operated by ▇▇▇▇.
On-Premise Software means the object code form of the Software licensed to Licensee for installation at a Licensee site.

If Customer purchases On-premise Software, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, Vasion grants the Customer a license to: (a) install, use, access, display, and run one (1) copy of the On-premise Software on the Customer’s server; and (b) install, access, and maintain one (1) back-up copy of the On-premise Software on a backup server.
More Definitions of On-Premise Software
On-Premise Software means Software, as defined herein below, deployed on Customer premises.
