On or off campus means the campus and any noncampus building or property as defined in Section 668.46 of Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations, as that section existed on May 15, 2014, which is as follows:

  • Interested Person shall have the meaning given it in Section 2(a)(19) of the 1940 Act;

  • Investor Party has the meaning set forth in Section 4.7.

  • Liable Party shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(b).

  • Covered Person means: (a) any officer, director, shareholder, partner, member, representative, employee or agent of (i) the Trust or (ii) the Trust's Affiliates; and (b) any Holder of Securities.
