On or Near definition

On or Near means within the boundaries of the Reservation or the distance within that area surrounding the Reservation or land owned by the Nation that a person seeking employment could reasonably be expected to commute to and from in the course of a workday.
On or Near means close enough to exposed line parts (by either personal contact or contact by tools or materials) for an employee to be exposed to any hazard they present.
