On-Board Review. An in-progress, Project review of the work of the Architect and/or Engineer of Record.

The Contractor shall submit a detailed project work schedule (Bar Chart Work Schedule) and as a minimum the work schedule must show work activities, design submittals, Government review period, On-Board Review (OBR) meeting, material/equipment delivery, utility outages, road closures, on-site construction, inspection, testing and close-out activities.
