OMMF definition

OMMF means the physical, operational structure (permanent or temporary) designed to manage and process all organic materials from within the City of Abbotsford and may include food wastes, vegetative waste and biosolids. In the case of a composting operation, the resulting material shall be of a “Class A” quality, as specified in the Organic Matter Recycling Regulation.
