Omission Error definition

Omission Error means SF Recology Companies’ failure to account for revenues in two separate accounts, the Impound Account and the Zero Waste Incentive Account, in its 2017 Rate Application. The spreadsheets submitted with the 2017 Rate Application erroneously omitted those amounts, resulting in lower overall revenues which resulted in a higher rate increase than would have occurred in the absence of the omitted amounts.
