O&M Subcontractor definition

O&M Subcontractor means [insert name of O&M Subcontractor] and any person who, whether in addition or in substitution, is engaged by the Concessionaire to undertake all, or substantially all, of the Services.
O&M Subcontractor means any Subcontractor to the O&M Contractor.
O&M Subcontractor means any Subcontractor (of any tier) party to a Subcontract entered into in connection with the operation and/or maintenance of the Concessionaire-operated Components. O&M Submittals means the manuals, programs and plans referred to in this Agreement to be prepared, adopted, complied with and/or implemented by the Concessionaire setting out policies, instructions and procedures for the operation, inspection and maintenance of the Concessionaire- operated Components during the Operating Period, including the Quality Management Plan, the Safety and Security Management Plan, the System Safety Program Plan (with respect to the Operating Period), the System Security Plan (with respect to the Operating Period), the Concessionaire's Sustainability Plan, the Rolling Stock, Facility and Infrastructure Maintenance Plan, the Rolling Stock Fleet Management Plan and the other manuals, programs and plans prepared by the Concessionaire in accordance with Section 29 (Operation and Maintenance) and Attachment 10 (O&M Specifications).

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.

  • Covered subcontractor means any entity that has a subcontract valued in excess of $1 million, except a subcontract for the acquisition of commercial items, including commercially available off-the-shelf items.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Reporting Subcontractor means with respect to any Person, any Subcontractor for such Person that is “participating in the servicing function” within the meaning of Item 1122 of Regulation AB. References to a Reporting Subcontractor shall refer only to the Subcontractor of such Person and shall not refer to Subcontractors generally.

  • First-tier Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has a contract with the General Contractor.

  • O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Service Subcontract means a subcontract primarily for the furnishing of services, to or for a recipient of Assistance, except where services are incidental to the delivery of products, equipment or commodities. A contract for the purchase or lease of goods, products, equipment, supplies or other property is not a “service subcontract” for the purposes of this definition.

  • Prime Contractor as used in this clause, means a person who has entered into a prime contract with the United States.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • New Contractor means the person who has entered or who will enter into the New Contract with the Authority;

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Lower tier subcontractor means any party entering into an agreement with the SUBCONTRACTOR or any Lower Tier SUBCONTRACTOR for the furnishing of supplies or services required for performance of this Subcontract.

  • Major Subcontract means (i) (a) any single agreement or purchase order with a Subcontractor or (b) multiple agreements or purchase orders with a single Subcontractor, for performance of any part of the Work that, in each case, has an aggregate value in excess of Dollars ($ ), or (ii) any agreement for the provision or supply of Major Equipment.

  • EPC Contractor means Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contractor or such Person performing those functions.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Master subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual subcontracting plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual subcontracting plans, provided the master subcontracting plan has been approved.

  • General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.

  • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.

  • Individual subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that covers the entire contract period (including option periods), applies to a specific contract, and has goals that are based on the offeror’s planned subcontracting in support of the specific contract, except that indirect costs incurred for common or joint purposes may be allocated on a prorated basis to the contract.

  • Construction Contractor means a person who undertakes to or offers to undertake to, or purports to have the capacity to undertake to, or submits a bid to, or does himself or by or through others, construct, alter, repair, add to, subtract from, improve, move, wreck, or demolish any building, highway, road, railroad, excavation, or other structure, project, development, or improvement to real property, or to do any part thereof. "Construction contractor" includes subcontractors, specialty contractors, prime contractors, and any person receiving consideration for the general supervision and/or coordination of such a construction project except for remediation contracting. This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.
