O&M Operator definition

O&M Operator means NRG El Segundo Operations Inc., a Delaware corporation.
O&M Operator means a person with whom the Operation & Maintenance Agreement is executed by a Licensee in its Service Territory in terms of the Supply Regulations;
O&M Operator s Event of Default" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 44.1.1.

More Definitions of O&M Operator

O&M Operator means all finishing works, furniture and fittings, all required plants and machinery, landscaping and other things necessary for the operation of the facility, as listed in schedule ‘C’ of this agreement.
O&M Operator means Cleco Generation Services LLC or such other Person that becomes operator under the O&M Contract.
