Old Security definition

Old Security or "OLD SECURITIES" means the Old Senior Subordinated Notes, the Old Common Stock, the Old Warrants, the Old Celebrity Options and the Old Employee Options, individually or collectively, as the context may require.
Old Security is defined in Section 6.
Old Security shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(c).

  • If less than all the Old Notes evidenced by any certificate submitted are to be tendered, fill in the principal amount of Old Notes which are to be tendered in the box entitled “Principal Amount of Old Notes Tendered (if less than all).” In such case, new certificate(s) for the remainder of the Old Notes that were evidenced by your old certificate(s) will only be sent to the holder of the Old Security, promptly after the expiration date.

  • No other mode or adjustment against any Old Security Deposit or EMD will be allowed in lieu of EMD of this tender.

  • Any Holder of an Old Security that fails to surrender or be deemed to have surrendered such Old Security within one year after the Effective Date will have its claim for a distribution pursuant to the Plan on account of such Old Security discharged and will be forever barred from asserting any such claim against the Debtors, Reorganized PHI, the other Reorganized Debtors or their respective property.

Old Security shall have the meaning set forth in the definition ofCost Basis” in this Article Operating Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5. Operating Income shall mean any income other than income qualifying under Section 851(b) of Subchapter M of the Code. Optionee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(h).

  • Bid Security (BS) means Earnest Money Deposit / monetary or financial guarantee to be furnished by a bidder along with its tender.
