Old Preferred Stock definition

Old Preferred Stock means, with respect to each Debtor, shares of preferred stock of such Debtor and all options, warrants or rights, contractual or otherwise, if any, to acquire any such preferred stock.
Old Preferred Stock means, collectively, the Old Senior Preferred Stock and Old Junior Preferred Stock.
Old Preferred Stock means all authorized, issued and outstanding shares (761,250 shares) of preferred stock of ADLT, par value $0.001 per share, as of the Petition Date and any contingent, disputed or unliquidated Claims related thereto or in connection therewith.
