OIL Disclosure Letter definition

OIL Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter delivered by OIL to OTI immediately prior to the execution of this Agreement.

  • Whenever required by the context, any pronoun used in this Agreement, the OTI Disclosure Letter or OIL Disclosure Letter will include the corresponding masculine, feminine or neuter forms, and the singular forms of nouns, pronouns, and verbs will include the plural and vice versa.

  • Disclosure Letter means the disclosure letter dated the date of this Agreement and delivered by the Vendor to the Purchaser with this Agreement.
