OFTO definition

OFTO means the holder of an offshore transmission licence granted or treated as granted pursuant to section 6(1)(b) of the EA 1989, acting in that capacity;
OFTO means the holder of an Offshore Transmission Licence;
OFTO means the owner of an Offshore Transmission System and the holder of a related Offshore Transmission Licence;
