  • Without any limitation or restriction upon any of its obligations under Section 3.01 of this Agreement, the Borrower shall make available to OFNAR, through the Road Maintenance Account referred to under Section 3.04 of this Agreement, a total amount of at least CFAF 6,500,000,000 for routine road maintenance during the execution of the Project.
