Examples of OFLA in a sentence

  • The Agency shall notify the employee when OFLA is running concurrently with bereavement leave.

  • Paid bereavement leave shall run concurrently with OFLA when applicable.

  • When the district does not have sufficient information to make a determination of whether the leave qualifies as FMLA or OFLA leave, the district will provide the required notice promptly when the information is available but no later than two working days after the district has received the information.

  • For OFLA, spouse also includes same-sex individuals with a Certificate of Registered Domestic Partnership.

  • All unresolved OFLA grievances may be submitted by the Union or the grievant to the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) if not already so filed.

  • LEA means a local education agency, including local school boards/public school districts, charter schools, and, for purposes of this rule, the Utah Schools for the Deaf and the Blind.
