Offsite Infrastructure definition

Offsite Infrastructure means the improvements described in Exhibit R.
Offsite Infrastructure means those components and projects referred to in the Report, in relation to facilities to be paid for in whole or in part by Offsite Levies under the Bylaw

Examples of Offsite Infrastructure in a sentence

  • During the construction process, Seller shall keep Purchaser reasonably informed of the progress of the construction of the Offsite Infrastructure.

  • All architects, engineers, and contractors engaged by Developer to design, build, or install Onsite or Offsite Infrastructure shall be licensed in North Carolina and insured in amounts and with coverages reasonably acceptable to the Town.

  • The fee per square foot of the Offsite Infrastructure Contribution shall be adjusted annually by the change in CPI beginning on the CPI Adjustment Date until the date on which the first fifty percent (50%) of the Offsite Infrastructure Contribution for the applicable building is due and payable as hereinafter described.

  • Fifty percent (50%) of the Offsite Infrastructure Contribution shall be due and payable when the Building Inspector issues the building permit for each building that is part of the Project or the Future Phases and fifty percent (50%) shall be due and payable when the Building Inspector issues the certificate of occupancy for each such building.

  • In the event that Seller does not complete any Offsite Infrastructure Improvements by the required date (subject to Force Majeure), the Purchaser and all other purchasers of Lots in the Development shall have the right as their remedy to withdraw the necessary funds out of such escrow to cause completion of the applicable Offsite Infrastructure Improvements.

  • The Town reserves the right to alter the timing of the Offsite Infrastructure improvements for which it is responsible hereunder due to lack of available funds or other public policy concern directly affecting public health or safety; provided any obligations of Developer to perform under this Agreement that are affected by the Town’s delay shall be deemed likewise delayed or amended.

  • Such Offsite Infrastructure Contribution shall be in addition to, and not in substitution of, any payment required of US2 for Infiltration and Inflow (“I/I”) mitigation.

  • For purposes of calculating the Offsite Infrastructure Contribution, the square footage of structured parking permitted as a required part of the Project or Future Phases shall be excluded.

  • The Offsite Infrastructure Improvements will be completed in a good, workmanlike and lien-free manner, in accordance with the CDs, applicable laws, codes, regulations and governmental requirements for the Development and the requirements of this Agreement.

  • All projects shall be subject to the Town’s policies and procedures regarding Town acceptance and warranty on Offsite Infrastructure.
