Offset Arrangements definition

Offset Arrangements means Direct or Indirect Offsets as defined and prescribed in the IRR and Memorandum Circular No. CT-95.1/01, as amended. Such shall include, but not limited to, technology transfer, skills training, investments, donations, etc.
