Official Working Hours definition

Official Working Hours means the customary hours of work as agreed between TPT and its employees or contractors as from time to time. The current working hours for each terminal are reflected in Clauses 7 through to 13 of these Guidelines, and are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of TPT.
Official Working Hours means the customary hours of work as agreed between MPDC and its employees or contractors from time to time. The current working hours for the Port are reflected in Clauses 8 of these Procedures, and are subject to change from time to time at the sole discretion of MPDC.

  • Bidders are advised to inspect and examine the infra structure facilities available at project site during Official Working Hours and ascertaining themselves the site conditions, traffic, location, surroundings, climate, availability of power, water & other utilities for operationalisation, access to site, handling and storage of agricultural produce, weather data, applicable laws and regulations, and any other matter considered relevant by them before submitting their bids.

Related to Official Working Hours

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on a Business Day.

  • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.

  • Training hour means at least 50 minutes of actual learning, including, but not limited to, time devoted to lecture, learning activities, small group activities, demonstrations, evaluations, and hands-on experience.

  • Labor hours means the total hours of workers receiving an hourly wage who are directly employed on the site of a building improvement or public works project. "Labor hours" includes hours performed by workers employed by the general contractor and all subcontractors working on the project. "Labor hours" does not include hours worked by foremen, superintendents, project managers, project engineers, and owners.
