Officer of the Municipality definition

Officer of the Municipality means the Commissioner under the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 or the Executive Officer under the Punjab Municipal Act, 1911 or the Executive Officer under the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922, as the case may be;
Officer of the Municipality means a By-law Enforcement Officer, a Director and any person authorized in writing to act on behalf of a Director. (Note a Deputy of a Director is a Director while carrying out the duties of the Director).
