Office workplace is the official work site of the department, which is the usual and customary location of the department’s offices or an alternate location as set forth in the terms and conditions of this agreement. The employee agrees to perform his/her assigned duties for the department as a “teleworker.” The employee agrees that teleworking may be voluntary and may be terminated at the discretion of the department.
