Office Properties definition

Office Properties. Includes office buildings (including medical offices), conference facilities and other similar Interests in Real Property used in the commercial real estate business.

Office Properties means the certain office properties contributed by WPC to NLOP in the Separation.

Office Properties office buildings, warehouses or malls, including medical office properties and clinical laboratory buildings, and in each case whether occupied by a single tenant or multiple tenants, whether leased to private tenants or Governmental Authorities, and whether of single purpose or mixed use.

More Definitions of Office Properties

Office Properties shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.6(a) hereof.
