Office Center definition

Office Center means all of the land together with the improvements thereon known as the 400 North Ashley Plaza and located at 400 North Ashley Drive, Tampa, Xxxxxxx 00000, xxx xxre particularly xxxxxxxxx xx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx as Exhibit "A" to this Lease and made a part of this Lease.
Office Center means that development on Lot I, Lot II and Lot III of Manchester/270 Office Center. The laxx xxxx xxxxx xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx is legally described on Exhibit B --------- attached hereto and incorporated herein.
