Office Building Lease definition

Office Building Lease means the Lease, dated as of the date of this Indenture, between Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, as lessor, and Xxxx Las Vegas, as lessee, with respect to the lease of space in the building existing, on the date of this Indenture, on the Phase II Land, as amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time in accordance with Section 4.28 hereof.
Office Building Lease means that certain Office Building Lease dated as of October 21, 2002 between Valvino Lamore, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company as Landlord, and Trustor, as Tenant.
Office Building Lease shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.7.

More Definitions of Office Building Lease

Office Building Lease means that certain Lease Agreement, dated as of , by and between Valvino, as lessor, and the Borrower, as lessee, with respect to the lease of space in the Phase II Land Building.

Related to Office Building Lease

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Building Common Areas means with respect to the Tower, the areas, facilities and amenities specified in Schedule [E] which are to be used and enjoyed in common with all the other Apartment Acquirers of the Units in the Building; and

  • Office Premises means any building, facility, or portion thereof, or other premises, whether owned or controlled by CP, which is used solely for clerical or administrative purposes and which does not contain heavy equipment or machinery, as designated by CP from time to time;

  • Existing Building means a building that (a) was in existence and completely constructed on the date that the Applicant first submitted its Application, or (b) in respect of which the IESO has, in its sole and absolute discretion, issued a written confirmation that the building will be deemed an Existing Building for the purposes of the definition of Rooftop Facility.
