Offer Expiry Date definition

Offer Expiry Date means the date upon which the Offer lapses, terminates or is withdrawn.
Offer Expiry Date means the date falling immediately after the date upon which the Offer lapses, it is withdrawn or expires, in each case without having been successful.

Offer Expiry Date means the date upon which the Offer lapses or terminates. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Offer conditions are or may be satisfied, the mere expiry of the Offer period under or in relation to the Offer does not constitute a lapse or termination of the Offer.
