OFFER BY BROKER definition
OFFER BY BROKER. If this Lease is offered to Tenant by a broker for Landlord, such offer shall be deemed to be made solely in the capacity of a broker and shall be subject to Landlord's acceptance of all of the terms set forth in this Lease and such offer shall not bind Landlord until such time as Landlord has executed this Lease and delivered an executed counterpart hereof to Tenant.
