Offender success definition

Offender success means that an offender has done all of the following:
Offender success means that an offender has, with the support of the community, intervention of the field agent, and benefit of any participation in programs and treatment, made an adjustment while at liberty in the community such that he or she has not been sentenced to or returned to prison for the conviction of a new crime or the revocation of probation or parole.
