Offence against morality definition
Offence against morality means any offence set out in Part XVI of the Penal Code (Cap.26);
Offence against morality means offences which violate or offend the moral, social and personal values or behaviour of the people in the society or their code of conduct. These offences include but are not offences listed in the Eleventh Schedule to these Practice Directions;
