off-the-air Signals definition

off-the-air Signals means any local broadcast television Signals received at the Licensee's Headend without the aid of any intervening relay device or receiving dishes. For purposes of this section, the word "local" shall have the meaning as defined by applicable law and/or regulation.

Examples of off-the-air Signals in a sentence

  • For purposes of this Section 5.5(b), "off-the-air Signals" shall mean any local broadcast television Signals received at the Licensee's Headend without the aid of any intervening relay device or receiving dishes.

  • For purposes of this Section 5.5(a), "off-the-air Signals" shall mean any local broadcast television Signals received at the Licensee's Headend without the aid of any intervening relay device or receiving dishes.
