Off-Site Warehouse definition

Off-Site Warehouse means an approximately 1,300 square foot section of Company’s customer PestWest Environmental, located at 7135 16th St.
Off-Site Warehouse means an approximately 1,300 square foot section of Company’s customer PestWest Environmental, located at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇. ▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, leased by Company on a month to month basis at the rate of $1 per foot.
Off-Site Warehouse means each of the following facilities at which the Company maintains an inventory of raw materials and/or finished goods.

Related to Off-Site Warehouse

  • Off-site facility means a structural BMP located outside the subject property boundary described in the permit application for land development activity.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
