Off-Road Equipment definition

Off-Road Equipment means equipment with an off-road engine having greater than 25 horsepower and operating for more than 20 total hours over the entire duration of Construction Activities.
Off-Road Equipment means non-vehicular assets that do not operate on public roadways, as defined by NYS Motor Vehicle Law, and which are not required to be licensed by the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles. Such equipment may include, but is not limited to, those assets commonly referred to as manlifts, forklifts, backhoes, front end loaders, and golf carts.
Off-Road Equipment means all non-road equipment with a horsepower rating of 50 or greater.
