Off-Peak Time definition

Off-Peak Time means 19:00 Eastern Time - 7:00 Eastern Time.

More Definitions of Off-Peak Time

Off-Peak Time. For the purpose of this Agreement, is defined as a yellow school bus scheduled to arrive at the pick up destination (typically a school site) at or after 9:15 AM and/or arriving at the drop off destination before 2:15 pm.

  • Off-Peak Period means the period during which the demand on an electric utility system is not at or near its maximum. For the purpose of this section, the off-peak period includes all hours that are not in the peak period.
