OF/CI or means "Owner-furnished and Contractor-installed," and indicates a product that will be furnished by the Owner, but receipt, accommodation, and installation of which must be provided for by the Contractor.

Examples of OF/CI in a sentence

  • All prompt payment discounts of the Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) material/equipment shall be accrued to the Owner.

  • Include the following on the schedule: keyed list of items, whether new or existing/relocated, and who furnishes and who installs the item (OFCI, OFOI).

  • Provide and install all manner of racks, cabinets, ladder rack, typical comm room components,and install OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) cabinets and racks when directed.

  • Additional sources and support equipment will be remotely located in the Broadcast Control Room upstairs including provisions for a secondary OFCI dedicat- ed PC, Blu-Ray / DVD player and an OFCI HD CATV tuner.

  • Should Owner elect to provide OFCI or OFOI items and such election increases or decreases the scope of the work for the Project, it shall be addressed under the Extra Work/ Modification provisions of the Construction Provisions (Attachment 3).
