OEM Price definition

OEM Price means the price for the manufacture and sales of E8 Media from LTC and its Affiliates to CDI and its Affiliates as set forth on attached Exhibit A. 1.18. "Unit" means (****) ml of E8 Media at (****)X concentration. Examples of OEM Price in a sentence

  • Has a forty percent (40%) (or higher) Total Discount percentage (as defined below) off its Contractor-Published Price List or an OEM Price List.
