OEM Data definition

OEM Data means all data provided by an OEM to Customer or Cox, directly or indirectly, in connection with the applicable Order Form, including OEM-provided data that may be stored in Customer’s DMS and/or the applicable Customer Instance.

OEM Data means vehicle specifications and vehicle information required for the use of diagnosis, service and repair of vehicles, as well as data generated by the vehicle for use in diagnosis, service and repair of that vehicle.

Examples of OEM Data in a sentence

  • The discount for replacement parts shall be equal to or greater than the Additional Options NYS Discount, and shall apply to the MSRP on the OEM Data Book or Contractor-Published Pricelist as applicable.

  • The Additional Options NYS Discount shall be applied to the MSRP included on the OEM Data Book.

  • Those safeguards will include, but will not be limited to, measures for preventing unauthorized access to or disclosure of OEM Data.

  • Under no circumstances will Licensor be liable for any destruction or corruption of or damage to OEM Data or any data that is transferred or used by OEM by means of the Software.

  • As between Licensor and OEM, all OEM Data is deemed OEM’s property.

  • Licensor will not use or disclose OEM Data except (a) as required to provide Support Services, (b) as required by law, or (c) as OEM expressly permits Licensor in writing.

OEM Data is OEM data, APIs, Vehicle Model Unlock Codes, technical and non-technical information and documentation related thereto), patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, proprietary information, intellectual property, techniques, sketches, drawings, models, inventions, know-how, processes, apparatus, equipment, design details and specifications, architecture, and information of OEM or its licensors and Personal Data (as defined in Section 5.2.2.1).

Related to OEM Data

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • GLO Data means any data or information, which includes PII and/or SPI as defined below, collected, maintained, and created by the GLO, for the purpose of providing disaster assistance to individuals, that Provider obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto. GLO data does not include other information that is lawfully made available to the Provider through other sources.

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.
