ODOMETER MILES definition
ODOMETER MILES means the mileage recorded on an odometer which has not stopped or been changed to lower the actual mileage.
ODOMETER MILES means the actual miles Your Vehicle has traveled as recorded on an unaltered odometer.

ODOMETER MILES means the actual miles your vehicle has traveled as recorded by an unaltered odometer or ECM. “COSTS” means the usual and fair charges for parts and labor necessary to repair or replace the covered parts. These charges shall not exceed the manufacturer’s suggested retail (list) price for parts and labor allowances derived from nationally recognized labor time at a maximum of $125.00 per hour (subject to regional adjustment).
