Octavian Disclosure Schedule definition

Octavian Disclosure Schedule means the schedule, dated as of the date of this Agreement, delivered to the Company on behalf of Octavian on the date of this Agreement.

Examples of Octavian Disclosure Schedule in a sentence

  • At the Closing, Octavian shall deliver to the Company copies of all Consents required to be obtained by Octavian in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Transaction Documents (including the Consents, if any, identified in Schedule 2.10 of Octavian Disclosure Schedule).
