occupational licence definition
occupational licence means a licence or registration for an occupation that is—
occupational licence the licence relating to the whole or part of the Property between the Authority and the Academy authorising occupation of the whole or part of the Property in the form set out in Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
occupational licence means the licence for occupation of the Property to be entered into between the Proprietary Company and the Buyer substantially in the form appearing in Schedule 6.
