Observatory means the African Migration Observatory;
Observatory means the building known as the Observatory located at [No 7-9] Sir Xxxx Xxxxxxxx’x Quay which forms part of the Estate and is more particularly outlined in blue on Plan No. 15 attached hereto including the areas at basement level;

  • Observation Dates means each date specified as such in the applicable Issue Terms provided that, if such date is not a Scheduled Trading Day, the Observation Date shall be the immediately succeeding Scheduled Trading Day unless, in the opinion of the Calculation Agent, such day is a Disrupted Day. If such day is a Disrupted Day, then:

  • Facilitator ’ means a person who impar- tially aids in the discussions and negotiations among the members of a negotiated rule- making committee to develop a proposed rule;

  • Incapacity means, with respect to any Person, the bankruptcy, dissolution, termination, entry of an order of incompetence, or the insanity, permanent disability or death of such Person.

  • Receiver means a receiver or receiver and manager or administrative receiver of the whole or any part of the Charged Property.
