Obligor Percentage definition

Obligor Percentage means, at any time of determination, for each Obligor, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, (a) the numerator of which is the aggregate Outstanding Balance of the Eligible Receivables of such Obligor less the amount (if any) then included in the calculation of the Excess Concentration with respect to such Obligor and (b) the denominator of which is the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time.
Obligor Percentage means the result (expressed as a percentage) of the Floating Rate Payer Calculation Amount of the Reference Entity(ies) which are the subject of the relevant Replacement (subject to the definition of Reduced Turnover Limit) divided by the Initial Reference Portfolio Amount.

Obligor Percentage means, at any time, for each Obligor, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, (a) the numerator of which is the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables of such Obligor at such time less the amount (in any) then included in the calculation of the Net Receivables Balance pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition thereof with respect to such Obligor and (b) the denominator of which is the aggregate Outstanding Balance of all Eligible Receivables at such time.
