Objectively verifiable definition

Objectively verifiable means able to be proven or substantiated by the lawyer upon request by a prospective client or the Office of General Counsel of the Alabama State Bar.
Objectively verifiable means simply that different people examining the evidence will independently come to the same conclusion. If possible, but taking into account cost effectiveness or ease of being able to do so, an indicator should seek to measure the impact of something rather than the process undertaken to achieve it.
Objectively verifiable means that indicators are measurable not only subjectively. Therefore, when different persons, who may be involved in monitoring the progress of a project or evaluating the achievements of project objectives, use OVIs for measuring reality, they should arrive at the same conclusions.
